We agree a guaranteed monthly rent with you and lease the property ourselves. We carry the risks — vacancy, unpaid rent, disputes and downtime for repairs. A full assessment is required and not every property qualifies.
Property management

FAQ
What is the difference between master lease and management?
With a master lease we agree a guaranteed rent with you, lease the property and sublet it, carrying vacancy, arrears, dispute and repair-downtime risk — so we assess carefully and not every property qualifies. With management, you or your agent find the tenant and the lease stays between you and the tenant; we handle everything after move-in, including tenancy matters and repairs.
Do I keep control over rent and tenant criteria?
Yes. We agree the rent strategy, acceptable tenant criteria and viewing arrangements with you before listing, and check with you before any change.
Can I use your services for an older property?
Yes. We first assess the repairs and improvements that would make it more rentable, such as new A/C, basic renovation and better photos.
